Effective 4 November 2026. These terms cover the Sigma Speaks podcast, the Sigma Speaks apps for iPhone and Android, and this website, operated by AnswerSolutions LLC ("we").

1. What Sigma Speaks is

Sigma Speaks is an automated audio digest of news that has already been published. Software selects articles from newsrooms and companies' announcements, writes a short spoken summary of each, voices it, and assembles the day's episode. No person reviews each segment before it is published.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing in Sigma Speaks is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or other instrument. The content is general information for a general audience and does not take your circumstances into account. Make investment decisions on your own research or with a licensed adviser.

3. Accuracy

Each segment is meant to say only what its source article said, and the sources are linked so you can check. Even so, a summary can be incomplete, a figure can be stated as the source stated it and later corrected, and the software can make mistakes. We do not warrant that any episode is accurate, complete or current. Markets move after the morning the episode is made.

4. Sources and copyright

The articles summarised belong to their publishers, who are credited by name and linked in every episode's notes and in the app. The spoken summaries, the episode audio, the artwork and this website are ours. You may listen, share links to episodes, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not redistribute the audio, train models on it, or present it as your own.

5. The apps and the feed

The apps and the podcast feed are provided free of charge, as they are, and may change or stop at any time. We may remove an episode after publication; podcast platforms may keep copies they already fetched.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnswerSolutions LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from listening to or relying on Sigma Speaks, including any investment loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service, which is nothing.

7. Privacy

How the podcast, the apps and this website handle data is described in the privacy policy.

8. Changes and contact

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Questions go to support@answersolutions.net.
